Wow! I did not realize how LONG it has been since I "blogged" so somebody may want to know that I am still here. My routine has been challenging the last month, and I've found it easier to sleep in than to get up and move around in the dark until I got to D1. Much to my chagrin. I returned Monday after being off completely for a week of travel and work, and found myself sore for a couple of days. One thing I've learned is that if you are sore, you really should go right back the next day and work the soreness out of those muscles. It's Thursday (and I went back--three days later), and I've proven my point. The soreness was gone by the time I got back home this morning from a workout.
Since tomorrow is the official last day of this HomeStretch session, I'd better get busy putting an action plan in place for continuing my healthquest. Thanks to many of my friends for encouraging me and for giving me hints to help me continue. And I am so grateful to my family and friends who've noticed a difference in my appearance. I'm grateful to God for the grace to get through the workouts, one day at a time.
